I’m a doctor who spent over two decades helping others while neglecting myself. Overweight, unfit, working brutal hours—until my father’s cancer gave me a wake-up call I couldn’t ignore.

That was the beginning of my transformation. Not through fad diets or biohacks, but through a consistent daily practice that was in alignment with the type of person I wanted to be.

Over the last 5 years I retrained in functional medicine because I wanted to help people the way I wish I’d been helped:  with a practical framework for becoming the person who choices result in genuine health.

Now I guide people who want to make this change through the same journey.

Health cannot be pursued, it can only ensue from good habits taken consistently. This isn’t a new health trend. It’s a return to something older, wiser, and more grounded: the deep wisdom of the human body — and its power to heal itself when given the right environment to thrive.
